The Winner Takes It All

I am not a fan of the musical RENT but Jen is. She was able to watch this in the States and the minute she learned this was going to be shown in Manila while she is here, she instantly wanted to see it with me. I do not know, maybe she got curious and wanted to know if it is as good as the show she saw in Texas. Well, I ordered two Balcony tickets for us weeks ago (Balcony lang kasi mahal ang tickets para sa akin at hinde naman talaga ako fan kaya keri na un) and watched it this afternoon.

When I finished claiming our tickets, there was a man in the organizer's tablewho handed out questionnaires and raffle coupons. He said two lucky persons will get the chance to win limited edition RENT shirts. Actually, nobody was paying attention to him, haha! I guess Jen and I were too polite to say "no" so we filled in the questionnaires and the coupons. Jen said she has no luck when it comes to raffles so she didn't want to expect to take home one of the shirts.

The play started at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon. It was actually good, really! I am not familiar with the cast but I know Carla Guevarra from Avenue Q... sya nga ba ung dati? Hehe!

During the intermission, there was an announcement about the winners of the limited edition shirts and Jen was one of them! Haha! And she said she is not lucky! Haha, I was the one who got all excited, as if I was the one who won! We claimed her shirt at the organizer's table where we got our tickets. I love this day! Haha, it's not just because of the shirt of course!

She is proud of her first ever raffle prize winning. Too bad it doesn't fit her. Well I am here!

Wrote this on the graffiti wall. I wanted to write "Jen and Ellyn were here" but it was too common.

There was also free ice creams but we weren't able to get some. Hinde ako mahilig sa ice cream pero sayang ang free! Haha!

Happiest Valentine

Yes, definitely! This is the happiest and the best Valentine I ever experienced!

Woke up at 3:30am and I didn't complain, hehe! I left Valenzuela at 4:17AM and drove to the airport. Hay, sarap magmaneho, walang traffic! Imagine, I arrived there at 5:11 AM? And I obeyed all (well, almost) traffic rules mind you! Jen's plane was supposed to touch down at 5:50AM but it was delayed for almost 2 hours! Pero ngiti pa din, hehe! When she called me and informed me she's just waiting for her luggage, my heart pounded like there was no tomorrow! Haha! When I saw her coming out of the door, ang una kong nasambit.... "Shet, ang cute cute nya!" Awwwoooo! Ruff, ruff!



My new bestfriend, hehe! This was actually Jen's surprise but I blew it up! Haha! Nahuli ko sya sa camera when she was in LAX waiting for her flight. Eh hinde na sya nakapagkaila! Hehe! She hates me for being a party pooper! Sorry, better luck next time by! But I lurvvvveee my new ring, hehe! Thank you and I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH! I am so happy you are home!

Meron talagang mga taong sadyang:

A. Mapaghanap, kung anu-ano ang demands ngunit sila mismo, hinde nila kayang magprovide ng mga hinihiling nila.

B. Matanda na e gumawa pa ng panibagong ipupukpok sa ulo.

C. Ipinapasa ang responsibilidad sa iba.

D. Kahit nahuli na e hinde pa rin umaamin.

E. Laging sinabi na "don't wash dirty linens in public." Yun pala, ung mga dirty linens ay sa kanya.

Meron akong kilala dyan na ALL OF THE ABOVE. Alam ko hinde mo naman nababasa to pero balang araw malalaman mo din na matagal ko ng alam. At sa panahong iyon, mare-realize mong mas matalino nga ako kesa sa iniisip mo. Nagtatanga-tangahan lang ako, siguro para na din protektahan ang sarili ko sa mas masakit na katotohanan.

Mas nananaig ang awa ko sayo kesa sa galit. Matanda ka na, sana naisip mo nalang na paghandaaan ang pagreretiro mo.

Haha! Shempre oo naman, excited ako! Kahibangan namang hinde! Ang gusto ko lang namang puntuhin e kelangan pa bang imemorize yan? Hehe! Alam ng mga kaibigan ko na magiging masaya ako sa tatlong linggong pag-uwi ni Jen at gusto lang nilang marinig mismo sa akin ang pagkasabik, haha!

Pero ngaun, as in now na at this very moment, nasasabik na ako! Haha! Iniisip ko na sa ganitong oras next week, kasama ko na ang watot ko! Yehey! Ang saya saya! Kahit alam kong mapupuyat ako next week sa pagsundo sa kanya dahil alas singko ng madaling araw ang landing ng eroplano nya e keber, I will be happy to drive from Valenzuela to the airport at 3 o' clock in the morning to fetch her! Haha, excited! Alas tres daw oh!

Pero shempre, there is still this part of me na nag-aalala sa pag-uwi nya! Haha! Walanghiya naman kasi, I still need to study kahit pagdating nya! Hrrrmmn, thiz iz for the future zo gotta do what I gotta do! Kaya pakiusap ko kanya na wag akong iistorbohin sa tanghali at samahan ako sa coffee shop para makapag-aral at hayaan kako akong pumasok sa review! Me pagka-BI kasi minsan tong si Jen, alam nya kasing me lahi akong MASA (MASAndal tulog). Kapag mang-aasar yan, bubuksan na nya ang aircon sa kwarto sa tanghali, aayusin ang malalambot na unan sa kama at saka hihiga at maghihilik! Naknang, e papalamang ba naman ako sa tulugan! Hayyzz! So nagcompromise kami, hinde nya ko iistorbohin sa tanghali pero pwede nya ko istorbohin sa gabi, haha! *R18*
